Joslyn is a seasoned event producer with deep expertise at the intersection of business, sport, and storytelling. She holds both an MBA and a Master’s degree in Sports Business and previously worked at ESPN, where she helped launch espnW, the network’s first business dedicated to women in sports. Her experience includes producing high-profile, nationally televised events, including ESPN's Town Hall: Kids in Sports, which featured a former President of the United States and the late Kobe Bryant. Known for her strategic vision and operational excellence, she brings ideas to life through thoughtful design, strong partnerships, and seamless execution.

Taylor Handfelt

Taylor is the owner and creative force behind Piney Rose Floral, where her eye for beauty is matched by a deep commitment to purpose. Beyond her work in floral design, Taylor is also the founder of Refugee Project, established in 2013, a mission-driven initiative created to serve displaced and vulnerable families. With a heart rooted in compassion and dignity, Taylor is passionate about coming alongside those navigating uncertainty—using both practical support and relational care to help families feel seen, valued, and welcomed. Whether through her business or her advocacy, Taylor consistently weaves beauty, generosity, and service into everything she builds.

Brittan Hierholzer

Brittan is an advertising strategist with extensive experience helping brands grow through smart, insight-driven marketing. With a degree in advertising, she has worked at both national advertising agencies and boutique marketing consulting firms, serving as a strategic planner for major brands including The J.M. Smucker Company, HP, and 7-Eleven, as well as numerous startups. Her expertise spans brand positioning, campaign development, and long-term marketing strategy. In addition to her national work, she has partnered with local schools and businesses to lead website development, marketing initiatives, and design strategy-bringing big-agency thinking to community-focused organizations.

Jessica Musselman

Jessica is a dynamic and talented MC with a background in broadcast media and community leadership. She previously worked as a producer and traffic reporter at KENS5 where she developed a strong on-air presence and the ability to guide live programming with clarity and confidence. In 2020, Jessica helped launch The Peach Orchard and has since served as its Director of Sales for the past six years, playing a key role in its growth and success. A native of The Woodlands, she is a trusted local influencer throughout The Woodlands and greater Houston area and has faithfully served alongside local nonprofits for more than 20 years. Known for her warmth, professionalism, and heart for community, Jessica brings both polish and purpose to every stage she steps onto.
